Interesting New Experience!
Never having tried chestnuts, I saw an article in our paper about them. Nutritious, high in Vitamin C and low in calories. Wow, something I should get to snack on. Never having tried them I thought they would be crisp-especially because they were peeled and roasted. Well, my mistake. They are soft and have a sort of nut taste like bran cereal. I bought a box of 12 packages. I will have to let friends and neighbors try them to see what they think. Arrived nicely packaged and boxed. 5 stars for the work the company does. Flavor-the jury is still out on that . Well, I have concluded that these taste okay but take some getting used to.

Taste and texture are terrific. The only problem is that it’s messy. Maybe a smaller package or more product?

Moist and yummy!
Yum!! These are great tasting, moist and already peeled! The perfect year round snack! I highly recommend this brand of chestnuts!

Soft and sweet vs hard and bland
I love most of these roasted chestnuts. Most of them come fully cooked and are soft and sweet, while some aren’t completely cooked so they are crunchy and bland.
