Q: What size in inches is this watch?

I'm not really sure but you should know that if your wrist is really small it might not fit you. but it has a clip thingy or a buckle on it to adjust to the size of your wrist.

Q: which all colors you have and which color will look best on dusky color skin. I am confused between pink and black. thanks for help in advance.

I gave this watch to my future daughter in law, she is tiny. It was huge for her. Although I'm not sure of her size I think 6"is very small but you can have links taken out to fit better.
