I had some condensation on a few air vents and was very concerned about mold growing. I was able to purchase this kit at a very reasonable price, especially compared to some of the other kits and then you still have to pay for a lab fee. I received the kit within 2 days and the instructions were super simple. This also comes with a guide book to identify the mold and if you can’t identify the specimen; take a photo and email it to their lab. I was pleasantly surprised at the turn around time, it was within 24 hours and I had a report waiting in my inbox with details of what kind and what process to remove it. This company is outstanding!!! Not only is the use of the Petri dishes easy, the instructions to use the Petri dishes are easy to follow, and the booklet is very informative ! Then, when I had further questions about mold that grew in my Petri dishes, the company responded quickly, and provided several tips to reduce mold in my house!! This company’s product and communication is superb!!!

This kit was super easy to use and the team answered all my questions. The box provides a booklet with pictures with all the molds, but I couldn't identify myself. I sent pictures to the email provided and they responded within 24 hours telling me the first set was too small and to let the petri dishes sit a little longer and send new pictures. Once I sent the new pictures they responded the same night with a detailed analysis. Very helpful and a great starting point to get someone out for mold remidiation in our home.

The test does not reveal the amount of mold present but essentially game me enough information that i could use going forward with remediation. I appreciated that I could simply send a photo of the mold and it was promptly identified within a day and the results were sent back by email.

Quick delivery, easy to use, instructions very clear!! I tested several areas in my attic because I noticed several suspicious spots on my framing joists. After following the instructions how to collect the samples, I had 6 Petri dishes of various types of mold that was in my attic. I looked in the book and kind of figured out what I had but to double check I took pics and sent it to the company website for verification. It took them a grand total of a couple hours (on a Friday night), to return a complete analysis to me. ( in easy to understand terms). AMAZING customer service.Do not use the kits from the big building stores. You but that kit and it then requires you to send the samples in to them and for an additional fee, they will send you the results.

These people really know their stuff , I did the samples, even dropped the swab into the petri dishes, I waited 72 hrs before I took pictures and emailed them , I expected an answer back in about 48 hrs , these people gave me a complete breakdown of the contents of the petri dishes and ways to get rid of it in less than 12hrs , I have a complete report to take to my doctor to go along with my lung ct and to give a copy to my land lord agent , would definitely use this kit and compay again they deserve ten stars
