I wish I had purchased one of these a while back. First I was loading the mags with my fingers and then one of those pull-down Hilljcack quickie loaders. I can now load 5 ruger mark iii 10 round mags in less than a minute. If you follow the instructions to the T, this loader works flawlessly. The instructions are clear and super helpful for needed adjustment and care. Less time loading means more time shooting.

Works marvelously with a variety of 22 LR ammo in my Ruger pistol mags. If necessary, simply adjust screw at rear until 10th round enters mag but 11th round stays put in the loader. Loads a mag in a few seconds! Have loaded well over 1,000 rounds with this baby... The best pistol mag loader I own.

Works pretty darn good. Got it to help my eight year old load the 22/45 lite. Now he’s loading them just as fast as he’s sending them down range.

With some fine tuning this works great for buck mark mags. Couldn’t get it to work on ruger 22/45 mags.

I acquired this as a replacement of my original Speed Loader. The construction is plastic. It has a spring loaded detent spring that allows ammunition to drop into the magazine. There is a bin that accommodates for 50 rounds. Dump the box of ammo into the bin, and shake the loader so that they align into a groove. Insert the magazine, and the rounds just fall in. This is a durable item but my original detent ball went out of alignment due to changes in the spring tension. Although piling the stainless steel ball will allow for easy movement of ammo, the spring fatigue leads to requiring adjustment. Overall, it beats getting debris from ammunition onto the fingers. It’s very good, and I highly recommend it for a solid design.

My wife and I both have Ruger Mark IV handguns that we enjoy at the range. With 7 mags between us, stopping and loading can chew up a lot of time. This mag loader does exactly what it says. Loads mags in about 2 or 3 seconds, leaving more time for shooting and less time loading mags. Just be sure to read the instructions and make any fine adjustment necessary. OH! And prepare to buy more ammo! 😆 This mag loader makes a trip to the range more about shooting than loading mags.

Best loader I've used for the Ruger Mark IV yet! Works well dry, works even better (per Mfg's suggestion) with a small spray of "Rem oil" or other similar oil every 50-100 rounds. Finally my loading can keep up with my trigger finger....almost!!!

I purchased extra magazines because my boxes of 22lr ammo come in packs of 50 rounds so I have enough magazines to load the whole box using this thing in one go. I love using this almost as much as the actual shooting due to how quick and easy it makes the reloading process. Highly recommended for anyone who is going out to do some plinking.
