Works Great for Me
I take a level scoop of the powder with about 8 oz. water, 30 minutes or so before my planned sleep time, and I hit that mark every time. I've purchased this 3 times now so I definitely recommend.

Not great - wake up every hour and a half or so
I’ve tried this a handful of times since purchasing and the results seem to get worse and worse with ours ring sleep scores ranging from high 50’s to 60’s. I’m sad this didn’t work better for me.

Great taste!
The smell and taste of this is so good! I have found this powder works best for me I'd I take it, then relax for around an hour (stream a TV show), and by then I'll be yawning and ready to close my eyes. Sleep tends to happen within 20 minutes afterwards.If I don't do it this way, it doesn't seem to work for me near as well because my mind just doesn't shut off very well on its own some nights.Definitely worth trying!

I decided to try this first before the pricey night-cocoas and trendy "sleep cocktails" heavy on social/marketing.Best. Decision. Ever.I was starting to really struggle with sleeping through the night and getting into a new routine that required a totally new very early morning schedule. The first night I had this was the best night of sleep I've had in at least a decade. It freaked my husband out when I sprang out of bed at 5am completely awake with a ton of energy.Since (about 30 days now) it just consistently works. This level of deep and very regenerative sleep doesn't even seem real bc that's how good it is. Plus, I don't wake up groggy. I literally wake up fully alert and ready to enjoy my day.This stuff is amazing! Great Sleep Supplement
While I do prefer a capsule or gummy, this powder is not bad at all. It definitely tastes like blueberry lemonade and is easy to drink-just make sure to mix it really well so it dissolves and won’t be gritty. So far the results I have seen from this supplement are pretty great. I wake up feeling refreshed, I sleep continuously throughout the night and I do not feel like I “need” to take it to get a full nights sleep. In the past I was worried about taking sleep supplements because I thought I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep on my own without them, but with this product that is not the case. If I do not take it every night I still have no issues falling asleep on the nights I skip taking the supplement. If you have ever wanted to try a sleep supplement, I definitely recommend this one.
