Great value, all the pieces work well and did as they were intended. The instructions included were very simple and easy to follow, my girlfriend and I made some beautiful Unagi rolls for Valentines day!My only gripe with this is that the rolling mats are a little tough to clean and take a while to dry.

The thing turned out to be absolutely useless! The size of the roll is huge and if your mouth is not like a crocodile or a hippopotamus, it will be uncomfortable to eat...

Love this. It's easy to use and you can make restaurant style sushi at home. It doesn't take up much space in the kitchen which is a plus. Easy to clean.Good product.
