I think this helped with my after workout recovery...I have long recovery times (could be the magnesium). It also helped settle me for sleep at nights (which is hard for even sleeping meds). I didn't notice a distinct smell or taste when I mixed it into my smoothies. Feels like i got good value for the price.

With in 30 minutes of taking this my racing mind literally forgot to be anxious in the middle of a thought. I couldn’t even remember what I was thinking about and it startled me and then I accepted it as a miracle of sorts. I have not felt anything but positivity and focus for the last week. Even my husband notices it.
