Absolutely shocking quality and even worse customer service provision.With regards to the mattress it comes rolled up and needs 72 hours to decompress. Obviously you have to unroll and wait to realise its unusable. As you can see in my picture you can literally pinch the springs, there's not even 1cm of padding to protect you from the sharp springs. Completely unusable even for my young child.It's the 16th of January today and the seller has completely ignored me after acknowledging on the 8th that it's faulty. Amazon support have messaged the seller twice and have also been ignored. They have done this repeatedly if you look through the reviews.If you try to return the instructions read "hi, as this item is not suitable for you it can be returned back to us within 30 days since the purchase, however we will not be liable for returns postage charges as it is specified in amazons returns policy that the buyer is responsible for return when the goods are sent as ordered."The cost to return this item is incredibly expensive, more than 4 times the item. The item is not "sent as ordered" as it is faulty and not fit for purpose I am now out by the cost of this mattress, the cost of a more expensive better mattress, time to contact Amazon support and I'm having to store this massive item in my house whilst I wait for this company to feign to message me. Do not buy this item, if you receive a rubbish one it's extremely difficult to return!

Right price and delivered on time

Seems very good and comfortable , not used yet but very good price . Getting used in spare room for grandchildren .

Amazing quality for the price

This mattress might be ok for the price, but is by far the worst mattress I've owned. This mainly comes down to the mattress not being packed with enough fibres, so there's very little support and more annoyingly the springs can be felt. Not an issue for a child but I do not recommend for adults.I will move this up from 2 stars to 3 stars since it's lightweight and comes packed in a conveniently sized box.

Be aware you can’t return this!Yes it is a budget mattress, and we bought it with only the expectation that it would be suitable enough for very occasional use, without being so uncomfortable that it’s a problem. But you really wouldn’t want to use this for even occasional use. It’s very springy - but not in a good way - and without being stable. It’s not cushioned well, and it’s definitely not supportive. The springs can be felt, and there’s no way it will be durable over time. It’s not good.We opened the box, realised the mistake of our purchase, left the mattress for 24 hours in case that helped (48 hours now at time of writing) - it did not. It’s been covered and has not been used. Went to return it on Amazon, and it says that you have to post it at your own cost. I have no idea if we are even going to be able to box it at all (possibly probably not?), and then the cost of arranging the courier…. Obviously this is done so it’s extremely difficult and likely not worth it to return.In short, do not buy this mattress unless you are absolutely certain you’re going to keep it regardless of how budget and bad it is.

Product arrived next day and was cheap. Thought this would mean half decent quality.. I was wrong. Very thin and “springy” I would recommend not being cheap as I did and pay a little extra or read the comments as I failed to do.
