For the price, this bit of equipment is pretty good value. However, if you are thinking of gaining some serious muscle, this is not for you. Rather spend a bit more and get something a lot stronger and steadier. For me, at my older age, (giving up free weights), this machine will suffice. Easy enough to assemble, and all the bits and pieces were there. However, it takes a fair amount of time. If you are not mechanically minded, I suggest getting someone with some experience to help. I would recommend two people to assemble this unit as it needs spanners to operate at both ends. Smooth enough action, but quality is as good as it gets..... especially considering the low price. If you are over 6 feet tall, you need to reconsider. I am 6 feet two, and I struggle to get the full range of motion in some of the exercises. Top points, however, go to the leg press, which operates very smoothly. Apparently, you can add up to 20kg more onto this machine, as advised by the seller.

WARNING!!!Absolutely Terrible instruction manual for building this.None and i mean none of the parts have letters or numbers on.The bolts do though so your going to spend absalutly hours if not days figuring out where all the parts go becuase the provided instructions are absalutly useless.. How can i connect A7 to B3 if they dont have stickers or markings on huh? I was so angry about it. Also the wiring seems to be a few inches too long too so the weights crash down well before your body parts have returned to their resting position.
