So my daughter is 11 years old and AU/ADHD. When she is emotionally or frustrate she gets an overwhelming need to bite down. For years this has been surprised or she had used her comfort blanket. we have since found these silicone necklaces and they have been a god send. it helps cam her quickly and effectively, at 11 she has a strong bite but the silicone is strong and flexible and we haven't even got teeth marks in it. her favorite is the lego block for the back bite and the feather for a front bite. convenient that have a necklace with an easy release clasp on the back, i would not however leave a child unattended with this and certainly don't sleep with it on. easy to rinse between uses.

We have a disabled granddaughter, who despite her 5 years she still likes to shew on this style of toy.We did remove the smallest of the chews for fear of them becoming a chocking hazard.Whilst the chew elements are perfectly good, the nylon type string becomes surated, and takes a long time to dry, meaning it becomes an irritant around her neck. Also, the fact that the string is so thin, it can easily cut into her neck when it gets caught or trapped in items of clothing.If the string was replaced with a more suitable product, these would have received top marks as the rest is fine.

I have to agree with the seller’s write up that these are fantastic for children with sensory issues. Apart from the fact they can be safely chewed and bit upon, they have differing textures on both sides, and obviously come in a few different shapes and sizes.They are a huge hit.

This item arrived in a clear bag.This item is aimed at autistic children but it's suitable for other children also.I've used these types of toys with all of my grandchildren. They aren't suitable for young babies to wear but they are suitable for me to wear and they provide a good teething toy while baby is being held.They are small and light enough for little hands and the colours aren't too garish.

The sizes are shown in later images so make sure you check them all out. The “feather” is smaller, but also very thin in places which may get bitten through.The silicon material is satisfying to chew though, and each item is supplied with neck strap is easy to that includes a quick open link for safety that will open if the necklace is caught on anything. The listing information does state the item is made from ‎100% food grade silicone silicon so we’re happy enough that they are safe to use, we’re just sure to clean them regularly.At effectively £2 each when ordered, they’re not a bad deal.
