Expensive
Disappointed that the 14” tubing cracked after only 2 months use. $85 for replacement seems excessive. They MAKE you buy a complete head with the tubing. Nothing is wrong with the head of the unit. You should be able to replace the 14” tubing since it’s not user wearable for more than 2 months.

Easy to use
Great for dry eye sufferers since it doesn’t blow air u into the eye and stays in place well during the night.

Not magnetic
I didn't not realize this did not have the magnets. I guess i ordered wrong one. I am going to give it a try and will come back woth more reviews after a few days

Tiny instructions. Very cheap plastic. Overpriced.

Definitely give it a try!
I had a tiny bit of difficulty with the mask, at first; but the owner of the company reached out to assist, and it's been awesome ever since. I should note that I'd neglected to watch the instructional video--that's a must. The absolute best part about this mask, for me, is not having a strap wrapped around my head and face. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
