Ecoleaf Liquid Laundry Detergent 5 Litre

I love this! I was looking for a gentle, chemical free eco friendly laundry detergent. I'm not quite sure how this rates for all of that but after trying a few others (Bio D is apparently the best in regards to chemical free and eco friendly etc. But all mine and my son's clothes were smelling quite bad after being stored for only a couple of days after dry) this one has a lovely light scent that makes our clothes (and his cloth nappies) smell delicately wonderful! And it washed well too,i love it. On another note, I also bought the fabric conditioner thinking it would have the same delicate fragrance (it doesn't) I really wish it did, just incase anyone else goes to do the same thing..:)

Just got this today and re-did some laundry as \i was interested to know how thie detergent cleaned. the laundry comes out smelling very fresh and clean. some of my things are not cleaned properly from my previous wash product, so IM not expecting marvellous things untill they have been washed a few times in this ecoleaf so Ill let you know but Im not disappointed with it and certainly worth a try. Its £15 or so for dtergent in a big box or it was it might be in those plastic dispensertype packages now, I think its expensive as this is 5 LITRES in size will have an amount of washes with it. Some in the supermarket don't offer much in wash product from the package. So why not give this a go ?

Nice and gentle. I use it for baby washing. Will not remove strong stains... Last long . Gentle scent unfortunately does not stay on clothes. Need to use softener or essential oil if you want your washing to smell nice

Absolutely amazing. I dosed two caps full (cap as used on a 1.5 litre bottle) to the wash as I live in a hard water area. No suds which is fine as they are really only there for show. Wash came out much cleaner than the famous household brand washing powder I had previously used. It also smelt much lovelier and was softer. The best bit - I don't itch anymore. I cannot too strongly recommend this product over typical commercial alternatives.

I have been using Ecoleaf laundry liquid for two years now. I have struggled to find a product that has too stronger fragrance, not this. This is by far the best laundry liquid around. An excellent product, and great value for money too, it cleans all types of soiled laundry very well, at all temperature settings. I have found that if heavy cotton items, that are tough to dry, have suffered from a damp odour. I always add a couple of drops of tea tree oil in my washes now, which stops this problem. 10/10, Ecoleaf. So glad I found this product.

Read all the reviews several times over before taking a chance and ordering 5ltr. Tried the detergent out in Auto washer on our guest room white towels with a dose of 30ml and nothing else, not even fabric softner. I still added a 1/2 cup of white vinegar during the rinsing stages, which i have always done for towels. After washing I tumble dry them on low heat. THE RESULT: 100% pleased, all ultra white, faint clean smell which is great. Recommend this product to all but you do need a 5Ltr hand pump (got mine off of amazon for under £2) to make measuring 30ml very easy. .

Was great to find an eco washing liquid that works and you can buy in bulk. Problem I found is that after 3 months my clothes started to smell of mould when drying. It became so bad I had to throw it away. If you are a serial washer buy it. If not I suggest buying a smaller container. Perhaps the seller should put a use by date on the product description.

I'm all for saving the planet and use eco cleaning products all through my home. This laundry detergent is simply terrible. I was on the verge of buying a new washing machine as my clothes were smeling so bad. My neighbour came to use our machine as her's was broken and she brought her own supermarket Detergent and Bingo, I could not believe the smell, her clothes smelled of clean not of mould. I threw all of mine away and went to the supermarket to but some persil!
