They work very well.

I have several of thr Invicta pro diver watches and the standard cases are just a little too small. This one had no trouble holding my watches to change battery and gasket. Excellent quality and will fit most anything but a wall clock!

although my watches are sized to supposedly fit this holder, they do not because instead of a single crown, my watches have a crown and two push buttons next to the crown which prevent this holder from being able to clamp down on the watch housing, without interfering with the two push buttons. If you have watches with just one crown and no buttons then this holder will work, but for my watches there was no way to clamp them. The product is good quality though and will come in handy at some time for use with other watches.

This is an excellent tool and you do get a good value for the price. So far I used it for 2 watches and every time I was able to open them without a problem and never scratched the back cover. It holds the watch very well.

This did indeed work for me but the quality is exactly what you’d expect at this price point. Indeed the movable jaw tilts when tightened, which makes sense, but it does make it seem like the watch isn’t held squarely. Holding force was very adequate to remove a stubborn screw-down watch back.

Its a keeper!! worked on my giant Invicta diver, my mid size watches and my wife smaller watches. I originally purchased the Vastar $15 kit witch was just awful for many reasons. The black watch holder with the wing nut that comes in that kit was not able to hold the watch in place, watches just kept slipping out. This Dofover holder however got the job done. My only minor gripe would be that you need a screw driver to change the pegs for different size watches but definitely not a deal breaker and may actually be more secure this way.

This has been perfect for some of my larger watches. Used up to 54 mm watches with no problems at all. Holds tightly in place.

I wasn't sure whether any of the watch vices (holders) would work with the three point back openers. I am sure this metal watch vice is a bit heavier than the all plastic versions. In my experience, I was able to fit a three point back opener on a seiko watch back and use it without interference from the vice. The vice works but is not of the best quality. The tolerances are rather loose so it is rather flimsy until clamping onto the watch. There is only the plastic holders shown in the photos. I have rather slim watches. Not sure how the vice and the plastic holders will work with thicker watches - such as a kinetic or a very thick dive watch. The plastic holders can be moved to other screw holes on the vice to flexibly hold larger diameter watches. Finally, I wish the shipping box had been larger to hold the vice with the plastic holders in place after its use to protect it in my tool bag. I may look for a separate case to hold it.
