I love this balsamic vinegar. It has such a fresh flavor. I always make my own salad dressing and use this vinegar, olive oil and Dijon mustard. Whisk it together and use it over any salad. Delicious!!! I give these bottles as gifts too along with a recipe for a vinaigrette dressing.

This is one of the very best lemon white balsamic vinegars I have ever tasted! Delicate, tart, slightly sweet flavor. Perfect thickened consistency. I don't even bother to mix with olive oil - but drizzle it straight on to salad, grilled salmon, or even for a dipping sauce. I will, no doubt, order again . . . . and again . . .and again!

I had become addicted to a local foodie store’s flavored balsamic vinegars. When they closed I looked far and wide for a replacement. The Terra Verde balsamic vinegars are even better and cheaper.

This is my favorite go to salad dressing! Drizzle on salad with olive oil and it’s the best!
