Women's Palm Beach Navajo Classic Sandal

The sandals I received were FAKES. I am very familiar with this brand I own some. The sandal I received wasn't even a good knock off. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Amazon and these are going right back. (I have ordered shoes on Amazon many times and this has never happened before).Follow up: I contacted Amazon customer service and the representative told me that they purchased these sandals from the manufacturer. Well no way Jack Rogers was the manufacturer of these plastic/not leather sandals. I am receiving a refund but am very disappointed because I have never purchased anything from Amazon that I felt had been misrepresented until this point.Further Follow Up: I contacted the company Jack Rogers about this purchase and sent them pictures of the obviously fake plastic sandals. I heard back from them within 12 hours and although they did not sell me the shoe, Jack Rogers graciously offered to replace them with genuine Jack Rogers sandals at their expense stating that they very much cared that fakes were being sold but wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Buy your shoes directly from JackRogers!

Was so happy to get these, and although there has been much speculation about whether they are original or not, I found that they indeed are. They came in the original Jack box, and for those questioning them and comparing them to older Jacks, I would guess it's just a different manufacturer causing the discrepancies. They are good quality and do run somewhat narrow, which is good for me, but ran about a half size too large. I have sent them back and re-ordered half size down. All in all happy with the purchase, and a better price than I would have found anywhere else. It does take some trial and error with sizing though so be prepared for that....even if you owned Jacks in the past.UPDATE: Received the 6.5 and they fit so perfectly nice and snug around the band, just how i like my sandals to fit. Hoping they will gwt softer after some use, but already feel comfy out of the box :)

I love Jack Rodgers sandals. I bought the rose gold and it's gorgeous. I was reluctant to purchase them off here, but I knew I could return them if they weren't legit. Which, someone apparently did return the paid I received because when I took them out of the box, I could see the sweaty footmarks from where someone tried them on and didn't clean they're feet first.It wasn't horrible, it still gross. The shoes looked advthough they'd never been worn though, other than tried on. They are very stiff, as expected from these type of shoes, but they'll soften with wear.

These are fake. When they arrived they seemed real but after comparing them with other pairs they are fake. Very unhappy. The bottoms have JR printed on them. The real ones don't have that.

Authentic Jack Rogers sandals, if you know the brand then you understand that they do initially run a bit small/tight. DO NOT size up! Wear your true size and suffer the discomfort for a couple wears until the leather stretches and molds to your foot and they will be the most comfortable sandals you own!Beautiful color and a great price, only complaint is that on the side of the strap by the base of the shoe, the rose gold color was scuffed off. Would have been far too much of a hassle to return since I adore the shoe and they'll inevitably get scuffed anyway!

Better off buying sandals on the clearance shelf at Walmart! I owned a pair of these JR sandals years ago. They wore well and were made of quality leather, but eventually wore out. I purchased this year 2020 and what a total disappointment! I doubt the top portion is leather, as it smells like plastic. The sole split on the third day of wear revealing the top and bottom sole are glued together not stitched through. Jack Rogers has sold out for cheap poor quality materials to make more profit. Total scam product!

Great product, normally. I ordered a 7.5. Got a 7.5 box with shoes that say 7 in pen on the sole. Not sure how this happened but they are too small. To reorder do I trust the box and order an 8 or the pen writing in shoe and order another 7.5. Have to say this must be an issue with the store and not blame the product!!! Although why does this product not have the size permanently in the shoe or on the bottom.... hmmm all unnecessary problems to have!! One will never knowGood luck to next person that thinks they ordered a 7.5, maybe they will also notice the pen marking

Have been looking for Jack Rogers and wasn't sure which style I wanted. There was a great selection all in one place that I could look at and make my decision. I read the note from the seller regarding sizing and ordered up a half size. Definitely needed that, they do run a tad small as described. Love them!

really narrow and the thong really pulls between your toes. Not very comfortable

The shoe was too rigid and lean to one side..did not like the fit at all..design was greatThe size was right for my foot..

A very stiff sandal. Had heard they were very comfortable so was somewhat disappointed. Perhaps they will break in.

Beaucoup trop étroit

Bought several pairs in different colours. The platinum and gold colour are a softer leather. This pair seems much stiffer. I have a narrow foot so these work for me.
