40% Soba Noodles 250g, Organic (King Soba). Wide Flat Buckwheat Noodles 40% Buckwheat. Ideal for making Yaki Soba. Cook in 4-5 minutes. Organically grown ingredients. Soba noodles make a simple accompaniment to soups and stir-fries. They are around 3mm wide and 20cm in length. They are easy to cook and add straight into soup with vegetables, meat and/or fish.
