I have had several CRUSHERS over the years. I wish I'd had this one early on. I'm short but strong a Danny Padilla type (I can dream!!!).ost similar devices offer much less resistance or progression. just one thing can your ego cope with this device? You may find that even on the weaker settings you may need to use the device isometrically at first (dont hold your breath). persist and you will be rewarded. not the cheapest on the market but you'll regret not buying it if your training is important to you.500/100!!!

Best thing money can buy you will not be sorry
This is so good on 30kg it is so hard this is for a man who's got power 30kg is the low setting and it hard best money can buy get one if you think you can handle it it's great came in 5 days
