Wear one - you know it makes sense
Conscious that I often run off road and in the dark, occasionally from hotels in remote parts of the UK; it has always bothered me that if I had an accident no one would know who I was. The problem is that all the other alternatives are either impractical (dog tags bounce when running) or expensive. Many also have engraved details that are difficult to change. This is cheap and works and you simply write on it yourself. You also get spare inserts. If you run or cycle, buy one wear it and forget it.

Good enough.
Bought 2 (1 for me, 1 for husband) & been wearing regularly (only outside) about 3 hours a week since March 2019. As of today (11 Nov 2019), his is immaculate. For mine, the reflective strip is wearing. Have shone a torch over both in a darkened room & mine is noticeably less reflective, but still reflects. That said, we don't exercise in the dark/dawn/dusk.Have managed to get lots of info over both sides of the little strip, & the wristband does do what it states. Got fed up with all the emails pushing the monthly subscriptions.

It's a velcro strap.
So yes running with ID is a good idea and yes this does what you need but I have to be honest in that I was left unmoved when I opened this and found that basically it's a velcro strap with a small pouch in it. The velcro is fine and holds well but, like any fabric product, once it's got sweaty it needs to be cleaned or it smells. I used to use a metal running tag that fitted to my laces and I'll probably get another when I can as I find them much easier, impossible to forget to put on (as they're permanently fitted to the laces) and require less maintenance.

useful
Very useful for swimming, cycling and running where usual disks and other ID formats are not useable. Wish they had less writing all over them, the 'ID' is all it needs as medical staff are aware of all of the medical info formats used. If they had less writing I would wear one all the time and give up with the SOS bracelet which is expensive and in many ways less useful.

Great when out runnjng
I bought this to wear when out running on my own, very aware should anything happen to me I would have no I.D on me. This is great , though I have thin wrists it wraps round a long way, however it stays firmly done up with the strong Velcro , and stays in place. It is comfortable to wear and the insert is easy to put in to the band.

however I do feel happier when I run as I know I have ID ...
For the price I was expecting 3 wristbands as shown in the add, however I do feel happier when I run as I know I have ID on me in an easy hi lighted way. The water proof ID can get wet so be careful of what permanent pen you use as the one I used ran some. If you are a runner who at times or always run on roads with no path or a night runner then this is a must. Pity safety comes at such a price.

Does what it says
Chose this item for my 17-year old who rides his road bike over long distances. He doesn't take his phone with him so thought it a good idea incase anything ever happens! (Some drivers don't really watch out for cyclists!!).This was ideal - just what I wanted and very re-assuring.

Essential piece of kit
I can write all my details on the cards that you store inside the wristband,it is comfortable to wear on in my opinion an essential piece of kit. Knowing that if ever I needed medical attention I have important information at hand in this easy to wear bracelet
