Very easy to set up

I bought the three pack of TP-Link Deco M5 extenders. They work great, but since no mounting brackets are included, they just sat on the floor, leaning against the wall. Not ideal. These mounting brackets fit perfectly, and were easy to install. As others have mentioned, the wall anchors they include are garbage, but you can buy good ones pretty cheaply, if you need to mount the brackets between studs. Since i wanted the M5 to be near an outlet, and most outlet boxes are mounted to studs in the wall, I just screwed the brackets through the drywall and right into the studs, which gives a very secure attachment, with no anchors needed.

I got it in the “Used Like New” option it came like as if it was brand new, it had all of the things it needed, and it was pretty good for its price and condition.

For some reason they come with 3 screws. not sure why, I used 2. The holder has 2 normal holes on one axis and 2 slotted holes in the other axis. Not really helpful in that configuration to have slotted holes. The included hollow wall anchors aren't the best. Thing that caused me pause was the hole in the back of the holder that aligns with the reset button on the back of the M5 - once the holder is mounted, how would anyone access that hole...? Possibly just for alignment? Other than that, works fine for a wall/ceiling holder.

These mounts are perfect. I had originally mounted my Deco 5 on the ceiling. This worked fine for a short time (days maybe). But, the command strips would detach from the device and except for the power wire, fall to the ground. These mounts solved that. They install easily. Fit the Deco perfectly and no longer are my Deco devices found hanging by the cord. I recommend these mounts if you plan to place your Deco either on the ceiling or on a wall.

I was able to place my Deco M5 up high in my garage for a better signal to reach my camera just outside my garage. I was able to install in less than 10 minutes and works great! Good price also!

Best thing I bought and bought it to my apartment which is 170sq meters and now my four balconies have full coverage. Tired of the repeaters.

So these fit the TP-Link Deco M5 well, I have two so the 2 pack is a good buy. They do help with signal being better as they now sit on the wall not on a desk shelf I had them on on. I should have bought these sooner than later but got it them now. If someone wants to place the Deco higher then you'll just need a longer USB C chord for the device or if you have a wall plug that's higher up on the wall otherwise the original chord only goes up so high about 5ft or so with it being on a surge protector. That is the only issue I see but has nothing to do with these wall mounts, just something to know prior.

The nice thing about the wall mount holders is that I can mount my three DECO 5 units in more suitable locations to ensure a better WIFI signal throughout the house. For my 3rd DECO 5 unit, I made it a portable unit. I screwed the wall mount holder to a piece of an old shelf I had (16"L x 4" W x 3/4" Thick). Now I can move the 3rd unit from a window at the back of the house to a window at the front of the house, (when/as needed), plug it in, give it time to reboot, and away we go. This gives me excellent WIFI coverage when I am in the frontyard or backyard.

Setup was a breeze. Had two of the three devices setup in less than 10 mins. Haven't set up the third hub yet, but don't expect any issues. The signal is great even in that back yard when previously we couldn't get signal much beyond the living room. Worth the money, you won't be disappointed.
