All around performance
Coming from a WAVE the ARC is an upgrade. However it takes a bit to appreciate it. Differences: everything except the pliers is unfolded. All easily accessed. The blade.. like all Leatherman blades comes extremely sharp. But this one holds longer. As the blade material is harder, which means it takes a bit more work to bring back to original. Light tuning that I used was a 400-1000-1500-4500grit stones and the blade is perfect again. All other tools work as they should. I do miss the serrated blade for thick rope and cord. However the single blade when sharp out performs the serrated. The magnetic close and light flip open action of the pliers is amazing, also takes a bit to get used to but is sturdy. It's an investment for sure. But the pocket clip takes away from having to have a belt sheath which I love because I can clip it on my harness. Which for anyone who spends alot of time in a harness will appreciate. Worth the money

The mighty and versatile Leatherman Arc
This tool is easy to use and operate. It’s stood up to the test of daily tough jobs. The magnetic closure opens easily but holds it shut when you’re not using the pliers. With a bit kit and a ratchet driver, I’ve rarely had to go grab another tool. It fits well in my favorite EDC cases, and I haven’t even considered looking for a better tool. I always buy Leatherman, and this one was built as if someone had picked all my favorite aspects from each piece in my collection and put them into a single multitool. You pay extra, but won’t be disappointed with the accessibility, utility, versatility, and durability of the Arc. It’s highly recommended to have a bit kit and ratchet driver, or at least a bit extender.

Leatherman arc
First of all it cost alot. I've had mine for a year and I love it. Would think the bits would be better for the price. I just use a different brand. All in all it's a great multi tool. If you don't care about the magnacut or a bit driver get the free p4 if you can still find one.

Good sharp quality build
Everything on this arc is sharp not dull. Of If I had a complaint it would be the sheath. I got a ratchet driver and bit extender attachments for it as well as the Leatherman bit kit.The side loops for the attachments are open and not closed so they could slip through and get lost fairly easily,So what I did was purchase the leather holster by topstache. I put the tool and half bit kit in it and for the default nylon holster I put the attachments and full bit kit inside that. Now everything is accessible and won’t slide out.

Very very expensive
Is it worth the price?Well, if you use a leatherman fairly often, I would say it’s worth the price. It’s really easy to see this is the best they have ever made.I could use something besides the awl and can opener though.I can’t say I would ever use either. So remove one star for poor tool selection.I mean, what? I’ll stop my leather work to open a can of beans by the fire?My friends will all be jealous of that ability.“Lady!!!!! Don’t worry about your leather purse strap breaking, why with my awl and this twine I carry, I’ll fix it in no time! Now give me that can of beats and we can enjoy a meal after all that hard work.”Should I remove 2 stars for the ridiculous tools? No, I am not going to. I like the tool, it’s well made, and I can replace the awl and can opener. The new knife is really nice and I hope it’s as durable as they advertise. You could easily slice some hot dogs for your can of beans. The saw and diamond coated file are great too.And I’ll use both.Screwdrivers are really nice as well.Overall, it ain’t worth it.I contacted leatherman, you cannot upgrade or change tools without voiding the warranty. So I’m stuck with crappy tools. Two of them anyway. So screw your arc. I’m returning it.

Very easy to use
The more I use it the more I love it. Knife is very sharp, opens without opening anything else. Great for an edc. Not too bulky in the pocket. Clip is perfect. Wish the screwdriver came open a bit easier but comes out easy enough. Well worth the money. I've spent hundreds on very good knives, I like to collect and use them, but nothing beats the versatility and ease of use of this edc.

Great tool. The Arc is top level.
The reviews and my detailed examination of my new Arc confirm that this is a top multi tool. No design or build flaws, smooth function, including blade sharpness. If you can afford it, buy it before price increases hit.

Love IT!!!
Let me tell you, I am always talking about this tool. No matter the job, I always take out my tool. My wife says I specifically find something to do just to use the tool for. LOL. I absolutely love this thing; I say it at least three times a week. The blade is made of Magnacut, and it's extremely sharp and very strong. It's definitely part of my Everyday Carry (EDC). This is actually the first multi-tool I've ever owned, and I've fallen in love with it.
