Have been using now for a couple months. It has been working very good. I feel like it’s a great value for the price. It is very easy to use and does exactly what we needed it to.

This T5 reptile light fixture kit is perfect for providing the proper UVB and lighting for my reptile terrarium. The 39W fixture is easy to install, and the 10.0 UVB bulb ensures my reptiles get the necessary exposure for healthy bones and overall wellness. The green hood adds a sleek look while protecting the bulb and minimizing glare. It’s a complete setup that’s ready to use out of the box, making it convenient for both beginners and experienced reptile owners.

I got this for my bearded dragon’s tank, and setup was super easy. The light is bright, and I love that it comes with the fixture and everything needed to mount it. It looks clean and fits perfectly on top of the enclosure.So far it’s doing the job well, but I’ve read a few reviews saying the bulb or fixture might not last super long. Mine’s been fine, but I’m keeping an eye on it just in case. For the price, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a simple UVB setup without spending a ton.

Works well for a 40 gallon or larger enclosure. Can be mounted inside cage or rest on top of mesh. Be sure to replace after 6 months though, even if the light turns on, the radiation won’t last much longer than 6 months.

TL;DRBUY THIS LIGHT! Don’t fall for the “Arcadia or die” mentality when other SAFE and less expensive options are out there 🤩Let me start by saying I have done SO MUCH RESEARCH on husbandry for leopard geckos. Everyone was saying Arcadia or ZooMed and NOTHING ELSE for UVB fixtures. After long and tedious deliberation, calculations, and measurements, I decided to go against what everybody was saying and purchase this T5HO 8W UVB fixture from Hygger. Even after purchasing, I had questions and they answered my questions and then some! Customer service is top notch! They proved to me that these fixtures actually have been throroughly tested by a third party and do NOT produce UVC, despite some experts’ advice. The 8W 14” fixture I purchased is suitable for a leopard gecko in a 36x18x18inch front-opening glass enclosure, and should be set on top of the mesh and not mounted inside (since Leo’s don’t require a lot of UVB exposure and their UVI preference is in Ferguson zone 1). But it’s super convenient that they come with the brackets for mounting inside if you have a different reptile. All in all, this light is WORTH IT! Great quality, beautiful light output, and above all, SAFE FOR REPTILES! I have faith in this company and plan to purchase more of their products!

This was used for our tree frog. It has been working well and covers a good area of the terrarium.

I must have used this maybe two or three times and then when I try to use it again it wouldn't go on I tightened the bulb in there everything it just wouldn't go on so either there's a short in The wire or something wrong with it can you let me know when I can send this back and put my money to another one thank you

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Perfect for our bearded dragon who was NOT doing well with the regular round lightbulb style uv lamps. His health improved miraculously within a week! Scray how difficult it can be to trust that a light is doing what it says it is. This one does! I will be purchasing a uv meter in the near future to keep from having to guess if he's getting the proper amount of "rays". He literally returned to health over a weeks time by just replacing his old style bulbs ( which were brand new) with this one, he started eating again within the first day and drank a good amount of his constantly available water. Amazing what the properly working type bulb can do to a lizard's health and how absolutely terrifying it can be to watch what an improperly working type bulb can do to a lizards health! Highly recommend THIS product for returning my bearded dragon to a healthy flourishing state.
