With a name like Cressi, you expect quality. These do not disappoint. The silicone is soft and forms a perfect seal around your face with no leaks (I have a fairly oval face). The fins are incredibly comfortable no matter how tight or loose you set them (depending on your preferences). I only spent a short time in the pool testing these out, but I could have swam with this set on for hours upon hours without any discomfort. And I expected nothing less from a name like Cressi! Great product and amazing value!! These will last you a long, long time!

Cressi Sub is an Italian brand pioneer in scuba diving. It was around when I started scuba diving many decades ago. I owned some of their products and they were very reliable.This basic snorkeling set would be OK for beginners. The set has the advantage that it is very light and compact, it can easily fit inside a carry on. Usually the fins are much larger and must be carried in larger forms of bags/luggage.These are some of my thoughts:MASK:The mask aesthetically is not of my preference but has good underwater visibility. Internal volume is about medium compared to other masks. The edge skirt has a good seal against the face (no leaks). Good nose profile for easy ear equalization. I don't like that the head band is attached to the rubber mask skirt with a pass through screw instead of to a stronger material as the mask frame. On the positive side, it is easy to adjust to the head size. Remember to rub some toothpaste to the interior glass and rinse before use to prevent mask from fogging.SNORKEL:The snorkel is bigger than my personal preference. It is made of a too rigid plastic that drags severely while swimming. It's bottom drain valve made for easier removal of water upon surfacing. I did not like the "floating ball" water block system on the top part. I would prefer to remove this "system" to simplify water draining to avoid complications but this may not apply to you, I may be old fashioned..FINS:The fins are of the open adjustable type so you can use them with your neoprene booties. If you do not have booties, I would recommend you use thick socks to mitigate abrasions on your toes and feet.They are pretty snappy in the water, not too rigid or soft. They have similarities to Plana fins, plastic body and soft rubber middle section.BAG:The mesh bag is very nice, one can carry this basic equipment and some small items with ease. It dried pretty quick after washing with fresh water at home, remember to wash ALL your equipment after salt water exposure.

I love snorkeling and I am super picky about my gear. This set is very nice. I actually like how comfortable it is to wear. The find are nice and short which I love but also have some sturdy part to them. Really easy to adjust without being too easy that they come off. The mouthpiece is slim very easy to breathe through. The face mask has slim plastic that I am hoping will not allow for any leaks. I am going to update that once I snorkel in January. It was easy to adjust which is a plus because adjust masks is usually a pain. I love that there are little buttons to push in on the mask to release the tension for adjusting. Once I test out the face mask for fogging and leaks I will update my review again. Otherwise, so far I am impressed the the durability and overall look and feel.

No importa si es caro o económico, siempre son productos de calidad.Este conjunto en concreto esta dedicado a la gente que quiere iniciarse en el mundo de “Snorkel”.Trae dos aletas medianas, una máscara, un tubo y una bolsa de transporte (parece poca cosa, pero no todas las empresas te dan este obsequio, y realmente es muy útil).- Las aletas.Las aletas no son demasiado “potentes” y no te van a dar mucha velocidad, pero sí que te darán confianza y la posibilidad de moverse en el agua con soltura. Es mucho mejor que ir descalzo o con unos escarpines. La talla es ajustable. Yo he elegido la talla L/XL que es equivalente a las tallas europeas de 42 a 47. Yo utilizo la talla 45 y me van fenomenal. Y eso que tengo el pie grande, alto y ancho.Tienen una correa en la parte trasera que te permite ajustar el agarre de la aleta a tu pie. A veces, si haces los movimientos demasiado bruscos con los pies dentro del agua, la correa puede soltarse un poco. Pero eso lo arreglas tirando el anillo de la correa y colocándola a su posición correcta. Es totalmente normal para este tipo de altas.- La mascaraLa mascara esta hecha de una silicona muy suave que se adapta bien a la cara.Es importante preparar bien la máscara para el primer uso. Yo siempre “quemo” los cristales con un mechero por la parte interior para quitar todos los residuos. Eso te ayuda evitar el empañamiento de los cristales. La pasta de dientes también ayuda. Y, como no, un buen escupitajo a los cristales antes de entrar al agua. Si no queréis utilizar los métodos caseros de toda la vida, existen unos “sprays antivaho” que hacen la misma función.- El tuboEl tubo es otra cosa a destacar.Hay gente que recomienda utilizar los tubos simples, sin válvulas y ninguna protección de entrada de agua. Pero es cosa de los profesionales que se dedican a apnea o pesca submarina.Si lo que pretendes es flotar en la superficie y disfrutar de la vista, el tubo que tiene una válvula que evita la entrada de agua es lo mejor. Y ese tubo la tiene. Cuando el tubo se sumerge dentro de agua o te cubre una ola, la válvula se cierra y el agua no entra. También puedes sumergirte para coger alguna concha o una piedra que te ha gustado, no te va a molestar para nada. Y tiene otra válvula en la boquilla que te permite “escupir” el agua que ha podido entrar con un simple soplido.- El resumenUn producto muy recomendable. Puede que cuesta un poco más que los productos similares de “los grandes almacenes de deporte”, pero merece la pena gastar un par de eurillos más y tener una buena experiencia en el primer momento. Porque yo tire muchos productos baratos a la basura y termine comprando accesorios de Cressi.
