I also appreciate the use of sustainable wheat straw in its construction, this choice shows a thoughtful approach to environmental responsibility. That said, the packaging was unnecessarily difficult to open, which caused some frustration. The inclusion of a blade guard is another practical feature, making it safer to store in a drawer without risking accidental injuries or blunting the blade's edge.

A very unique looking knife, but performs very well. The blade is sharp, and the offset shape with the pointed tip works really well for dicing vegetables and other fine chopping techniques. It’s also quite a light knife, and very ergonomic. Overall, exceptional quality considering the fairly low price point.

This is a perfect knife for preparing vegetables. The blade is very sharp and its design allows for precise cuts. The handle is ergonomically designed and good to grip. I like that it's using some non-plastic material (wheat straw) in the handle too. Comes with a useful blade cover. Excellent value for money.

A super sharp knife, scarily so. The offset works great for veg, and the handle feels super good in the hand. It is top German engineering, it is incredibly sharp, I was genuinely scared washing it because it went through the veg so effortlessly. Comes with a little sheath, and the packaging is super hard to get into. Getting the plastic wrap off took time and patience. A great knife, one of the sharpest I have ever had the pleasure of using. And the offset may seem weird upon firs inspection, but it is easy to cut with once you get used to it.

This knife is an absolute steal. Price for quality is spot on. Sharp enough to shave with and holds its edge very well. If you need a small, sharp, safe knife and don't want to pay a small fortune for German or Japanese well known premiums, this knife does a great job and is not pretentious.

Stays super sharp

Cheap and does the job. Not sure how long it will hold an edge, but for this price you can afford to toss it and buy another.
