Great add on!!
Definitely feel the difference. Makes it easy to hear the turbo blow off. Simple install. One warning I would give is, start and if you get a bunch of lights and warnings on your dash. Just take off the negative battery cable for a couple minutes, hook it back up and restart.

Good intake
Adds more turbo sound and probably a few horses. Combined with an aftermarket catback and it really increased the response.

Cold Air for Toyota Tacoma
I installed the K&N Cold Air Intake System on my Toyota Tacoma and I’m really happy with it. The installation was straightforward and took less than an hour with basic tools. Everything lined up well and the instructions were easy to follow, so it’s a great DIY upgrade even if you’re not a professional mechanic. The biggest difference you notice right away is the sound. With the factory intake, the turbo is pretty quiet, but once this intake is installed you can really hear the turbo spool up and the blow-off valve when you let off the throttle. It adds a fun, aggressive sound without being obnoxiously loud. It performed exactly as expected! Performance-wise, the truck feels a little more responsive, and the engine just seems to breathe better. These intakes are designed to improve airflow to the engine, which can help with throttle response and overall driving feel. Overall, this is a great upgrade if you want something easy to install that makes your Tacoma more fun to drive. The sound alone makes it worth it. A tremendous value for the money - I will definitely be adding more parts in the future. Can definitely tell a difference
Can definitely hear the turbo now. No notice power gain but I do have a noticeable increase in MPG. Takes about 30 minutes to install. Took off a star because for the price you’d think it’d be packaged very well. But not the case. Intake was dented along the underside because of this.

Poor quality
Sensor hole was not big enough and had to be shaved down. One of the hose clamps was too small. Overall the quality was not great for the price.

Easy to install. I have the Tacoma hybrid version and the turbo sound is great.

Amazing sound from this extremely well put together filter. The videos online do not do it justice. I have definitely noticed a bit more pep in my truck as well. Took about 35 minutes on a 2024 Tacoma TRD OffRoad. There is a reason K&N has withstood the test of time. My old man ran K&N filters on all his rigs, and I will certainly run K&N until I can no longer drive!
