I definitely notice an improvement post shave. My bikini is nice and smooth considering I am pregnant and cannot use certain products. This product is safe and easy to use. I only use it after shaving, which is about twice a month and working well.

When I received this product the packaging was soaked and the bottle empty. There was a hole in the bottle and it leaked out in transit. This product is ineligible for return or replacement so I’m out my money.

When it arrived, the bottle was damaged and most of the product was leaked out. I reached out to Amazon and they credited my purchase amount (4 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ For Amazon) . I tried the product that was left and it has toned down redness some but I haven’t seen results for Ingrown hairs and razor bumps yet. I have very sensitive skin so I am only using 3 times a week to see if it irritates my skin. So far so good in that department. No irritation.

This product is amazing for ingrown hairs on the chin. I had really bad cystic acne on my chin due to ingeown hairs. I have been using This product for 7 months and it has changed my life. I have re-ordered 3 times and am very impressed with the results.This product does not eliminate the hairs but allows them to grow out rather than in or sideways. I used to have several (really bad) every month and now I have one (easy to get out) every couple months.I highly recommend this product and am grateful for its existence.Update: This is not a permanent fix, you do need to keep re-ordering in order to keep the hairs growing out. Whenever I run out I am in a scramble to get more ASAP as the product is normally sold out. I wish they had a bigger bottle for a purchase option. Usually I buy 4 bottles at a time, just so I don't run out.

I ordered 2, one came in fine the other bottle was half empty. Liquid for all over the internal box and ziplock bag, no damage was done through shipping, something had to have been wrong with the bottle. Disappointed to see multiple other reports of similar issue. I like the product and use to purchase in stores, not sure I would order like this again.

I don't know what is in this stuff that isn't in other skin care products that are marketed for the same purpose, but whatever they put in it makes a big difference. It actually works better than the prescription cream my dermatologist gave me. If you are super prone to razor burn, like me, I highly recommend it. My skin is very sensitive and gets angry and red and bumpy if a razor comes anywhere near it, but just a tiny bit of this stuff on the irritated area, and by the next day it's sooo much better. It seems pricy for such a tiny bottle, but a little goes a long way. I don't want to imagine living without it again.
