Perfect
I had been searching for over a month for the perfect ice pack for my neck. I've had problems and hoped I could find a pack since the frozen peas (😂) seem to help. The problem was, they seemed so big. Made for long necks. So I kept looking until one day, this magically appeared! It looked like what I was searching for. Bought it immediately and I'm so glad I did! It's perfect! Slim for my small neck. Easy to put ice packs in with the velcro. And comes with a spare ice pack so I always have one frozen. I even used it to cool me down one very hot day! This was a game changer for me!

Helpful for lupus
Lupus patient with and outdoor job. Best way so far to keep my neck cool.Overall helps with keeping my whole body a little cooler. The ice is almost too cold at first but I start with it outside my shirt collar then move it against my skin later when it’s mostly melted. I got about 45-60 min out of an ice pack. It is really nice to have two packs so I can switch them out. More ice inserts could keep you cool all day.Gel packs are heavy and want to slip off and tend to cause an unnatural posture and neck pain because there is no way to get them to stay put without choking yourself. Other “cooling” products use evaporation so they can be soggy, drippy and don’t work well in humid environments.Room for improvement- the Velcro holds the ice very securely. So much that it is kind of a pain to switch out the ice packs. This Velcro can irritate my skin after a while too. The logo is HUGE so it’s hard to be subtle about using cooling equipment which embarrassed me but probably is nbd. The ice wants to twist around to the front but that’s just gravity doing it’s thing.

Velcro closing nice
As I have MS, I am hot much of the time. When having a difficult time (might be a hot day or just cooking dinner) I like a cooling collar. This is not a really cold collar, nor does it cool me for more than 5 minutes.Velcro is great as it can be adjusted.Wish I could find a collar like the one given to me years ago by a couple, who lost their daughter with MS.

Decent in a pinch
I'm mostly pleased with the quality of this product but have a few qualms with giving it more than 3 stars. For starters the website needs to be in much smaller text or not there at all. I'm using this at work while our AC is broken and it's averaging 85 in the building. On the neck it is helping but I find myself moving it to my forehead once it's warmed up and isn't fully frozen. It cools for maybe an hour before I need to swap it out, which is just about enough time for the included second pack to freeze. Using it for 6-8 hours a day is also not comfortable as it wears on neck placement. There really should be weights in the ends that hang down your chest to help it fit better too. It works but I feel like there's a better design.

Cool your neck down.
I am very easily overheated and I am always finding ways to keep my cool while outdoors or racing. This neckwrap is perfect. It has two icepacks so you can rotate through them. It does not get you wet like some products do (unless you wet the wrap itself). Simple to use. Not fashion forward, but it does the job.

Keeps you cool
I take care of seniors and a lot of the time it is close to 80 degrees in their homes. I needed something to keep me cool without freezing them. This works perfectly. I even bought refills to make sure I have enough for the day. I plan to buy another one soon. It keeps you cool for close to an hour if you are inside.

Helps stay cool in the heat
I am very happy with the collar. Using the ice strip that comes with the collar, I can feel cool and comfortable and function at my best despite hot and humid conditions. I like this much better than the assorted special towels and neck wraps you can get that require being wet to work. No more water running down my back if I haven't wrung the towel enough, and the ice keeps me much cooler than any towel or neck wrap I have tried. I recommend these to all my friends.

Literally have to wrap it around your neck like a choker
Picture this: it's July in Georgia, and you buy this to be able to have ice pressed against your neck as you work in the yard. It's 95 degrees outside, and you put this on for the first time. You put the collar thing together with the Velcro so that it's comfortable around your neck, and frown- the pocket that holds the ice is like an inch from your neck and you can't feel the cold. You tighten it, and the front of the collar presses into your windpipe, but the pocket that holds the ice is still not against your neck. You tighten the damn thing again, and at this point it's choking you to death, but hurray! The ice is against your neck! You get back to mowing the lawn, and pass out due to air and artery restriction.I'm joking about the passing out, but everything else is true. It looks like it would hang on the back of your neck, but with the way the ice is shaped and everything else, it doesn't come close. What I ended up doing was cutting off the loop side of the Velcro on one side, and replacing it with hook Velcro I had lying around. Then, I could adhere the straps on my clothes to keep it on.
