Avery Heavy-Duty View 3 Ring Binder, 4" One Touch EZD Rings, 4.5" Spine, 1 Purple Binder (79813)

Came with a sticker that said “inspected.” What did y’all “inspect”? This is not even useable! There are several scratches and dents on the outside, which are fine bc they do not impact the function of the notebook. However, I am going to have to put this right in the trash, as Amazon should have, because of the condition of the rings. No, that paper in the picture that says “afternoon” is not mine, it was a bonus feature of the notebook. And to the “inspector,” you had one job.

This binder is as described. I purchased this binder and liked the sturdiness and purchased another one. I have a large inventory of rubber and clear stamps and I wanted to make sure that I had a stamped image of each for inventory purchases and for my friends that like to borrow my stamps. I have a sheet of cardstock into an 8.5" X 11" page protector for all the stamped images and the binder holds the sheets well and over time. I do not like that Binders are slick -- manufactureres need to get with the Entire Picture. If the Binder is Slick and falls out of your hands while there is nothing in it, what do they think will happen when weight is added inside of it? All my life, I have never understook their concept. How about making the front and back cover a little bumpy or a texture. I have rubber bands on the binder to keep it closed and to keep it from falling from my grasp. I also purchased this same binder in a 4", but for that binder, since I have pages of metal wafer dies, the binder is a little hearier - I wish the "binder" makers would make the binders in a texture that can be held in the grasp of my hands.

Product arrived damaged!!! I should get my money back immediately! It cost more to return this junk! Very unsatisfied! Cannot afford to return!

Using this as a cook book/recipe book and have been very satisfied with it so far. The rings open up very easily with the little lever for it being such a big binder. It's very sturdy and durable and I imagine I'll get a long time out of this product. Has a few little insert pockets on the front and back flap which is nice to temporarily slide things in. Would buy again.

Larger than expected! Mine actually measures 4.5". I'm thrilled. It makes a very sturdy recipe binder. The multiple clear pockets make it easy to store and organize additional papers, favorite recipe lists, and more. It's perfect for the oversized clear sheet protectors and recipe tabs from my previous binder. The binding is much stronger and easy to open with one hand. Just what I needed!

Mine came out fine. Been holding a ton of cards and is packed full. Still no problems after a month. I do try hard not to mess with the binders once I fill it up with cards so maybe that’s why it is holding up. I am very satisfied with it and will report back if any issues occur.

The center ring became loose after using it for a day. Still not full and is nowhere near its 4" capacity. Papers already slip out, which one would expect after using a binder for a long time. I want it replaced since I am hoping that just this binder is defective and that a replacement one will be better, but I cannot get a new one from them unless I send the defective one back. We have really important work documents in the binder that cannot be loose and I threw out my old binder when I replaced it with this one. Really irritating that in order to get a product that actually works I have to be the one majorly inconvenienced. Good customer service would send a replacement binder immediately without requiring my first sending it back, waiting a week for them to get it and to refund my card so I can then get a new one. Instead, I will be going with a different product from elsewhere then returning this one for a refund. I would have given them another shot, but will no longer do so.

Nice product and great quality. I have my 4" binder packed full and I carry it back and forth between work and home, and it still in great shape and keeps everything contained. The open and close for the three rings is quiet and opens like a dream. I've since ordered one for each member of my department. Great value.
