Expensive and worth it
Bought this based on the reviews. I love to make my own dressing but I don't like the bite of many balsamic vinegars. This is expensive but totally worth it. You can also use it alone on strawberries or other fruits. Maybe even on some ice cream. Yummy!

Delicious
I have never had Saba before and had read about it and decided to try it. Oh my goodness. I used it on a bagel with plain cream cheese in place of jelly and it was amazing. Just the right amount of sweet and tart. It is so delicious I could drink it out of the bottle - but I won't. So good. I will order it again.

A Unique Addition
After coming to grips with the fact that I've been purchasing "store bought" ricotta cheese rather than making my own for years.....the difference in home made is remarkable. I was in the market for a unique addition to add to the ricotta when used as a topping for a bruschetta .I chose to add the Saba as a topping adding it with an eyedropper It was great and kinda fun.

Worth the money
Not quite as syrupy as expected, a distinct, non-balsamic, flavor. Great as a dipping when combined with olive oil. Good for flavouring some meats or in a salad.
