After a couple of weeks of taking this supplement, I've noticed an incredible difference in how I feel. It has given me an impressive boost of energy, keeping me alert and focused throughout the day. My mental clarity has somehow improved, making it much easier to concentrate on work and personal projects after my workday. Plus, I've been in a great mood all day, feeling more relaxed and balanced. It’s effectiveness is amazing!!

There’s a lot of people out there saying that it makes them itchy and red and a tingling sensation. Yes that’s true. It did the same to me, but I started off only with one. It only lasted for about 10 minutes and you feel like yourself again if you don’t want that feeling make sure you eat with it once I ate with it I was completely fine. Just take one and work your way up gradually. But that feeling will eventually go away once your body gets used to it. I would eat and wait about 20 to 30 minutes before you take it good luck.

Little improvement for me maybe I was expecting a lot more. Think each person reacts different.

Easy to swallow with no bad aftertaste. I have definitely noticed an increase in my energy level and focus ability. I have started taking it with breakfast since it does cause some abdominal discomfort for me but that has improved.

This product does not need to be sold! The side effects are real! My husband and I both took these supplements for 4 weeks before the side effects started which included tingling all over our heads (including our ears) and then our faces started burning and literally turned RED and lasted for around an hour! If this had just happened to one or the other, it would be understandable but for it to happen to both of us means that it is NO GOOD for anyone.

My energy level has improved since I started taking these. I DNt need coffee to get me going in the mornings anymore. No bad taste or smell.

Definitely noticed a difference when taking them.

No upset stomach while taking the capsules but I have not noticed any energy boost yet.
