Some of the 'powder' is in the form of clumps that are hard to pulverize. The powder itself is fairly tasteless when added to whatever food or smoothie you're preparing but the clumps - though small - have a somewhat unpleasant taste. I'd like to enjoy the nutritional benefits of this powder without tasting the clumps.
