Caffeine makes my body feel sick. I've always loved the taste and smell of coffee, but with postum, I can enjoy it without the effects the caffeine gives me. I love it.

I love the large re-closeable bag, much more economical. This product is very delicious for a non-caffeine drink. I have used this product for years and still enjoy. If you have never tried it, I recommend buying a smaller jar, but I believe you will be surprised at the great flavor. (5-star rating).

I have drank this every day since the 60's. My Great Grandmother started me on it as a young child. She received a case of it from a local grocery store when she turned 100. She lived to be 109 when she passed in 1964. Great taste . I drink it hot or cold with a little sugar and milk.

We have enjoyed drinking Postum for some time now. Our only complaint is the cost. Given that this product is made from a particularly modest ingredient list, we cannot see how the manufacturer justifies the markup. They would sell MUCH more if there was a price reduction or better quantity discounts were offered. Thanks!

I grew up on this beverage. My parents drank it and so did I since my earliest memories. It has become so expensive in the regular grocery stores that I cannot afford it anymore as normally sold. This 42 oz size should last me for quite a while. Maybe even till it becomes affordable again. I appreciate being able to find it on Amazon.

I was specifically looking for something that didn't contain coffee, and saw this advertised as a "coffee substitute". That, it is not. As its not returnable, I hope the garden plants find some nourishment in it.

I bought this product because my doctor told me I had interstitial cystitis and would need to cut things out of my diet coffee Bean one of them. I really like the taste of coffee and the warm feeling. It’s a good morning drink to wake me up although this is not real coffee, it does a good job of marking it. I love the way it taste and I like how easy. It is to make. And it has no acidity like coffee does so it definitely has made my stomach problems less. I really recommend this drink if you are no longer able to drink coffee but crave it still.

Postum is a pleasant coffee substitute that can be consumed anytime you want a warm drink without the caffeine. It doesn’t taste exactly like coffee, but it’s a pleasant roasted grain and molasses drink. It doesn’t dissolve easily like instant coffee, but needs very hot water and vigorous stirring. Unlike coffee, I drink it with a bit of milk. I like the drink, so I buy the large size which lasts me about six months. If you have never tried it, buy a small amount to see if you like it.
