Defective Return
I purchased this product to give to my grandaughter as a Christmas gift. She lives out of state and finally came last weekend to visit for the holidays. She enjoyed the thought of staying in touch but low and behold, I cannot get one of the device to connect. Yes, I purchased this back in December and the date for returning an item was on 1/31 so it appears that I have wasted my money on this product seeing I cannot return the item in question. There should at least be 60 days for returns when item is purchaed in December. Not everyone can make it home for Christmas. Very disappointed
