Hard cods roe like you get battered in the chippy, but without the batter & in a tin
I love this stuff. Pressed cod roe in a tin brings back so many good memories from my childhood & growing up; Friday evenings, 2 thick cod roe slices, grilled till they have a nice crisp golden brown 'crust' on top, served with chinky chips and a big dollop of tartare sauce! Yummy in my tummy. I like the price too, if you can find it in one of the supermarkets, you'll have to pay way more than it is here, unless it's one of the giant tins.Hey, Mr Prince, any chance of adding the giant tins of cod roe to the menu?
