Great customer service
When I originally purchased this item, it arrived damaged. It was slightly dented at the top and two of the shelves were bent. When I reached out to customer service, they immediately corrected the problem in a timely fashion. The unit performs as expected, and I have no complaints about the quality. I would highly recommend using this supplier.

Doesn’t work for long
I have bought 2 of these. The first lasted maybe 2.5 yrs and the second has only lasted 1.5 yrs. I will not be buying this brand again.

Great item for the price
This works great for our school concession stand. And holds 3 Costco size pizzas. The only issue I have with it, is the bottom rack gets WAY too hot & has burned pizza that was on there.However, This may be do to operator error & I just need to figure out the correct settings.

Works great
We use it to keep tenders, fries, hot dogs and sausage wraps warm in a concession stand. This saves us a lot of time!. Very easy to use

Item defective, customer service helped
Item was defective and broke the first time I used it. Communication with customer support was a little difficult at first, but they came through with a refund and helped make the situation right.

Cheap quality,⁰ poor after sales services and poor Packaging
I bought this for my pizza shop, but use for only few days as the circuit doesn't work properly ,and couple of times contact with the seller. but poor after sale services. As well as cheap quality product so highly recommend not to buy this for commercial use

The light was broken before I used. The door were not close probably.
