I've been using the 3X Formula Natural Prostate Health Supplements and I'm genuinely impressed with the results. I originally purchased it to help with frequent nighttime bathroom trips, and within the first few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement. I'm now able to sleep through the night without constantly waking up to use the bathroom, which has made a huge difference in my energy and focus during the day.

Sorry to say, I can’t report any improvement of urinary function, or other BPH symptoms, or hair growth since I started taking this product. Based on multiple studies (NIH and others) in the past two decades, reported by the Cleveland Clinic, saw palmetto is no more effective in treating BPH than a placebo. My primary care doctor told me last week that there is no harm in taking the supplement, but don’t expect any benefit from it. So I will probably discontinue taking it. In addition the the saw palmetto berry extract, the product contains several other herbs and compounds including green tea leaf extract, which is high in caffeine and antioxidants. But the quantity (30mg) of green tea leaf extract is so small as to be inconsequential.On the plus side, the capsules are easy to swallow. There is no smell or taste or aftertaste. Good price.
