I really see the results and feel stronger with my lifts. It takes about a week or two of taking a serving each day before you start to notice. Digesting is fine and I take it before I hit the gym. Flavor I got was the cherry limeade and it’s 7/10 taste.

I havent noticed much difference. However it taste amazing! Just make sure you actually use it with water otherwise its a bit sour.

I work out before I eat breakfast so I mix this with their BCAA kiwi strawberry powder and drink it as I work out. It’s my favorite drink lol. I highly suggest using like twice the recommended amount of water though otherwise the flavor can be like a punch in the mouth. Either way it’s great and I’ve noticed a big difference in my workouts. It mixes pretty well but there is always some grit at the bottom of my cup, but to be fair I haven’t tried a creatine supplement that isn’t like that.
