Love the pole and reel. Shipping was a nightmare. I ordered a quantity of 3. They shipped separately weeks apart. 2 were broken. One was replaced. The other never was. I had to cancel it. The 2 I received work great.

I was fishing with a buddy this weekend i just fishing as normal get a bite go to set the hook and it snaps into three pieces and trust me when i say i didn't set the hook hard i had already caught a few fish prior that day and two or three other fishing trips

Ok, lets start with the good.I love Quantum rods and reals, they are in my opinion the perfect rig for most of my fishing needs. However.. i ordered this combo and waited for it to arive like a kid waiting for christmas morning. I get home from work and there it sits on the porch. OOOOHHH BOY.. ITS HERE! And then i open the box, what was supposed to be a 6 1/2 ft rod was customized to a 6 foot rod. Meaning somewhere between being shipped out and reaching my house, 6 inches had been snapped off. Well damn. I like the rod but dont know if i want to go through the wait again. Maybe there should be a little more care in packing them so this doesnt happen.. for instance a short piece of cardboard folded over the last foot would be sufficient. I suppose i will take to mending this one myself but for what i paid.... i shouldnt have to.

I love this it’s my first time ever casting one of these and yes it nested but other than that I have it to my dad to check it out he also loves it

I dont get to go fishing alot anymore but after what i feel is 7,10 the MOST fishing trips this reel is toast,the rod is still good,but now I have to replace the reel.The drag went dead,could not adjust it to keep the line from coming out,took it apart and couldnt find the issue.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. I’ve never seen him so excited.He now goes fishing at least a few times a week! He stated that it is very durable & easy to reel.I know he really likes it because he already told me to buy him another one as a backup just incase!

My son, new to fishing, wanted a rod that wasn’t necessarily for beginners, but that would be easy to use and catch decent sized fish with. He loves this rod, knows how to use it and it has withstood some serious time out on the water

This reel rod combo was delivered with part of the rod missing. Seems like it is a common theme with this model, with several reviews stating that it comes missing a part. My son ordered this and wanted to give it another try so we are waiting for a replacement. We'll see how that goes.

The real is nice the rod is not very good

Didn't last the summer. Rod broke without much force.

Rod is very stiff and broke after bending a tiny bit, cheap quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND
