I have been searching for a product to help eliminate odors in my Florida condo for YEARS. For those that don't know, Florida is HUMID and with that, comes weird odors. I have multiple dehumidifiers but it doesn't remove the odor from my clothes in the closet. I placed a bag in there and a day later, the odor reduced significantly and on the second day, it was gone.I also placed a bag on top of my cat's enclosed litter box and I no longer smell the litter.This product works wonders! I admit, I was skeptical about its effectiveness but I am wonderfully surprised! I chose this product over others due to the convenient variety of bag sizes and the number of bags you get. Many other companies with similar products have customers complaining about a campfire smell but this one is odorless!Update: This product still works wonders! I have added pictures to show how I used some of the bags.

Being an UBER driver on a daily basis, I spend countless hours inside my vehicle, so I've been searching and trying so many products to help controlling the odor inside my car as well as the bad stinky smells that are coming from the clients. I was hesitated of using the fragrance air fresheners that could potentially cause the allergic reaction to my customers. Wow - we just started compost recycling in our neighborhood, and I was trying to figure out a way to keep the odor down (you can compost meat scraps, bones, etc.). Man, the medium sized pouch was perfect! I just placed it behind the compost collector, and I have not smelled one gross thing yet. I must admit that I am putting meat parts in the fridge first., then transferring to compost bag the night before garbage day.My fridge started smelling a bit "off," and a medium sized pouch was perfect in there, too.I noticed that my husband is routinely using the small rectangles inside his shoes. I bet he will have fewer fungal episodes.... Updated review: I have used these bags for a while now. I had to remove them from most rooms because they have an odd odor in themselves! Sort of like rotting bamboo...I find this odor to be strange and somewhat offensive, so I took one star off of my previous review.

We used to buy the candles and oil diffuser from Bed Bath & Beyond to prevent odor around the house. The Bamboo Charcoal from MyTho EcoLiving is a much better alternative with similar or better effectiveness as this leaves no smoke with less maintenance. The product seems to be working as we notice a fresher air after the first week. We love it so much that we put one in each of our bathrooms, one in our cloth closet and one in our refrigerator. As for the value, this is much cheaper comparing to similar products as it only costs less than $30 for 8 packets.Updated (Oct 12, 2018): Due to our busy schedule, we hadn't updated our reviews until now. We wanted to follow up with an update as we bought the second package and sent them to our sister in Florida. The bamboo charcoal has been pretty effective during the last few summer months when the humidity level spikes, they keep the air quality in check around our house. It's for that reason we decided to buy the second set and have them shipped to our sister in Florida where the humidity level is always high around the year.

When I heard about bamboo charcoal can absorb odor, I didn’t believe it but it really works. I always stir fry garlic or onion in the cooking and it leaves strong smell in the house. Even though I always use scented candle and air freshener, but the smell is still on for the next day. I place 1 bag in the kitchen, I’m so surprised that I don’t smell garlic on the next day.I just put the purifier bags in the sun few days ago for recharging. I don’t think that it has to wait for a month to recharge. Whenever I see the sun is out, I recharge the purifier. I’ll reorder another value pack because I want to place this purifier in every room and closet.

I have only had this product for about a week, but I already can tell that they are working well. I placed one in a cabinet that had a musty smell. It already smells much better. I fell strongly that I am going to love this product. I am so sure that I bought another package for my rental.

My car always had a musty smell I just couldn’t get rid of it. I tried different air fresheners and deodorizers but they were either too over whelming or wouldn’t last more than a day. After driving a friend in my car they recommended I should try charcoal air filters. After reading different reviews between this and other charcoal filters I decided to give theses a try and they work great! I no longer have the smell and no longer feel embarrassed diving people around now. I also put one in my refrigerator and closet and definitely noticed a difference. Highly recommend this product.
