Not complete as the description says
The product it self was good for the cost as if you take classes it will cost more was easy to assemble as its ready fixed only you will put the nails . Steady not making noise long enough for my height .But unfortunately i ordered it 2 times , the first time it came without head rest , no springs only the elastic cords and it came without head no jump board and no foot strap . So i contacted amazon and they did a replacement and i asked to make sure that it has the needed description but unfortunately when i received the second machine still with the same issues so at the end i had to return and buy another one from different brand and still waiting to see the product . I hope they give the complete machine as for me was very good quality.amazon customer service Mr Hossam was very helpful as he understood the situation
