USB ports stored working after 1 week
After a week of use, all 5 of the USB ports stopped functioning. All other ports work fine. Returning once new replacement arrives.

Terrible quality product with terrible support.
After about 2-3 months of use, the power adapter died. Lenovo support has also gone down hill tramendously. In order to chat with them now, you are required to use WhatsApp which I did not want to have an account with at all. After chatting they required me to submit a video of the adapter not working (not great when supporting remote customers), I refused and got a manager to send a replacement after stating all the troubleshooting I had already done. They sent a replacement dock with no power supply and requested us to try a different power supply, which we don't own. Nightmare. Buy a different brand.
