Plastic Milk Crates, 16qt (4-1 Gallon), 3 Pack, Black

Sturdy built. Made with thick plastic. Appear to be durable. Stackable which is helpful to keep space organized. Should preform as needed.The cost seems higher then a year ago like all things.Would buy again as long as the price is doable.

We decided to use crates for moving and organizing our son for college. We started with a three pack of the squares and a three pack of the rectangular ones. Once we saw how sturdy they were, we ordered another three pack of square ones.We stacked some squares to create a pantry for food. (We zip-tied the crates together and cut plywood--which we painted and sealed--to zip-tie to the top) We used a couple of squares to make crate chairs. We tiled and decorated small trays to sit on top of the cushions we made for the tops so that the crate chairs became storage/ottoman/coffee table/chair as needed. We put a square and a rectangle (bought from the same seller) in the closet to create more storage. Another rectangle went on the top shelf in the closet for storage, and one rectangle went vertical under the window to hold a fan in front of the window and to create more storage as well. We just ordered three more rectangles since his roommate did not bring the entertainment center he said he would. No problem--a few more zip-ties and another board… Wa La! Instant entertainment center with the tv on top, the gaming system, games, dvds, etc down below.Best of all, we did not add to the mammoth heap of cardboard boxes being thrown out on move-in day on campus. Nor will we need to haul boxes back up to him when it is time to move out in the spring. Not to mention that the handles make carrying these up four flights of stairs way easier than some unwieldy cardboard box.Clearly, we like these crates or we would not keep buying them. Yes, records do not fit in the square crates--they never have and never will because that is not what they are designed for. Yes, these do not have the metal wire around the rim like the older, super-duper, heavy-duty crates, but I have not found any of them that do anymore. So, knowing those two things as you go into it, these are nice, sturdy crates. They will hold up waaaay better than the cheap plastic ones from the department stores. They are reasonably priced and they seem like they will last long enough to get our son to a place where he can afford real furniture and some place to put it and then some.

Sturdy and useful

Needed 3 crates. 2 as foot rest for our tall, but skinny kiddo. Still in a carseat due to size and regulations. His legs hung over the seat causing pain in his back. These are the perfect size for our needs in our SUV.The extra crate is used for winter car fluids in the back of our SUV.

Reasonably priced. will buy more.

The media could not be loaded. Build a castle for your kid, use it as a bike basket with some 1 1/2” hose clamps, use it to get your milk from one place to another; the sky is the limit with what you can do with these!I received these beautiful crates promptly around the delivery date. They are sturdy and as I expected, basically they are the crates that your local grocer gets their milk deliveries in but they are yours! The quality on these is worth the money in my opinion and the customer service is top notch (there was a small issue with FedEx shipping and it not showing up which was solved immediately by the seller). Would definitely buy again

I am very pleased with the size & durability of these crates. I bought them to transport & store pieces of stained glass. I am moving my studio along with household stuff. Needed a method that would not be extremely heavy for us to carry, as glass is pretty heavy. I had to cut the large pieces of glass to fit into these cases. Now I can stack these crates & the glass will be easy to access for use in my art projects. Thanks!!! Fabulous, convenient crates!

These milks crates are the same as the milk companies use. Well made, not like the cheap flimsy box store ones.
