Great replacement part
Works as good as the original. When installing remember to tie a string around the end so that you can pull the new wires through. Easy if you follow instructions.

Seem to work great! Can't speak to the accuracy, but they definitely respond to temperature and read on the grill. Overheated/broke one of my OEM pit Boss probes and figured the other one was not far behind. I really like the numbered tabs on these, because I often had a hard time figuring out which probe was which. I bought two sets of probes so I had four probes and four pairs of tabs, so I put one on each end. The tabs are very soft metal and easy to bend and crimp down if you want them to stay in place.
