I recently purchased this TV remote, primarily attracted by its voice search feature, which promised convenience and efficiency. Unfortunately, the voice search function has been highly disappointing.Pros:The remote has a sleek design and feels good in hand.Buttons are responsive and perform basic functions smoothly.Cons:Voice Search Failure:The most advertised feature doesn't work as intended. The remote fails to recognize commands or simply doesn't respond when I activate voice search. I've tried troubleshooting—replacing batteries, updating firmware, and ensuring the microphone is clear—but nothing has worked.Inconsistent Connectivity:Even when the remote is connected to the TV, voice search keeps prompting errors or "unable to process" messages.Lack of Support:Customer service was unhelpful. The first remote send was not working properly,seller replaced it with a new one, which works flawlessly.feels premium ,all buttons and functions working.Worth the money.

Remote defective
Purchased the product on 12 Dec and in 15 days I.e. 27 Dec the remote is inoperative … what is visible is the power button lightly blinking which I suppose is draining the battery which is why the blinking light it goes dimmer … here’s the sad part … this is quite expensive item and there is no after support ! And Amazon only permits return or exchange within seven days … from what I get from this is a don’t care attitude! After seven days it’s your problem! What a shame for Amazon as well as the company manufacturing the product … I suppose this is what ‘make in India’ is thanks to our govt or maybe u should report this to the grievance cell

The media could not be loaded. We purchased magic tv lg remote in Feb 4th 2025 the remote is not working we get replace warrenty.
