Excellent resource
Excellent book that guides students through the required practicals well. Each pratical has a method, risk assessment, follow up questions and exam style questions. Would highly recommend.

Not worth the money
Wouldn't bother. Hardly any practice questions in. Lab books are much better. Paper quality cheap.
