There were few minor problems and a major problem. Some of the minor problems include: the top of the pc broken even and really loud buzzing (sounded like the hdd was not mounted right). For the broken part Amazon was kind enough to compensate. The buzzing seems to have resolved once I removed and reseated the hdd (make sure to turn off your pc if your going to do this). Now the major problem... Cooling. It runs quite warm. It cpu has repeatedly got to 90+ in gaming and gpu 85+. This is after adding an extra fan. So that's really disappointing. But for creative stuff such a blender, and office work like excel/word, browsing the internet, the computer is an absolute beast, barely breaks a digital sweat. Overall, I would still highly recommend.

Ratings of 3 for Warmth and Tech Support are not reflective of anything. I am not sure what was meant by warmth. Tech Support has not been needed since everything has worked well since installing it 5 weeks ago. The setup was easy. It runs bluestacks and its games easily. It is the best computer that I have owned. My wife loves it. It boots in less than 30 seconds and everything is whisper quiet. The lights inside are adjustable and cool looking but not all that important to me. I had to get an HDMI to VGA adaptor. The older HP monitor blacked out for a few seconds every few minutes. I see that is a common problem for older monitors.

The PC was great value overall but the best part of my experience was with the customer service team. The PC came with the wrong memory (2 sticks instead of 1) so I couldn't max out the memory with the additional sticks that I had bought. I contacted customer service and let them know what had happened and they immediately shipped me the single stick. They also included two static bags with a return label for me to ship the incorrect memory back. The PC has been as advertised for gaming performance and I would definitely buy again from this seller.

I trust the HP computer's quality assurance. The computer has been used three months after the purchase, and the computer is currently normal. The included wired mouse has been broken so far and cannot work properly. Supplement: When I contacted the customer service, the customer service refunded 25 yuan as soon as possible, and recommended an HP gaming mouse. Thank you very much here!

Mine arrived two days early but was not delivered because my office was closed on the weekend. When it arrived it all looked good but I could hear something rattling around inside. When I plugged it in to test it, nothing happened. I decided to try attaching all peripherals and still no power. I also checked for anything loose, but nothing. I found a loose little plastic chip in the bottom near the motherboard. I am a very experienced tech and know when I'm beat. For the price I paid I did not think troubleshooting was worth my time, so I wanted to return it for a replacement. Amazon would not allow me to replace it, so I am returning it and will have to suffer with some money loss with a semi-refund. I am very disappointed, and although I never blame Amazon for such problems, I am now ... after reading other reviews. This system is full of issues, and I think Amazon knows it. ***UPDATE: I resolved the issue on my own ... the start button was embedded. I will not be returning it now, thank goodness. Anything else that goes wrong is on me.***
