This product works just great and is a natural option with benefits of strengthening your immune system as well. I still wake with a slightly dry mouth but a few gulps of water fixed that up so much better.I only take one at night, occasionally one in the morning.I rated the ease of swallowing only 3 because they tend to be sticky and don’t go down easily, make sure you take them alone with a lot of water.I have allergies that cause me to cough constantly (not good in these COVID days). Every evening I can feel drainage starting in my throat that coughing doesn't help and hate sucking on cough drops all the time. My doctor recommended a half antihistamine each night. That helped but I hated the cotton mouth in the morning, drowsiness, and could never take it during the day and stay awake. This product works a lot better.

I've ordered this product several times and have always been pleased with the product itself and the quick service.

The Quercitin & Bromelain takes several days for the allergy blocking aspect of the supplement to start working. I was taking between 3-4 doses a day between 2-4 tablets at a time. After a few days, I noticed that my gums started bleeding for no reason. I got off the product and my gums returned to normal as did my allergies. I got back on it and my gums started to bleed again. This stuff works for blocking allergies and I don't suffer from depression while using this supplement as I do with standard allergy medicine in ultra-low doses. I found for me I will take between 1-3 tablets a day and don't suffer from the bleeding gums or allergies. If you start bleeding, get off of it and after you recover re-evaluate your dose.

arrived well packed - sealed bottles in a ziploc inside the padded envelope.just wanted to say all tabs were intact - others previously mentioned tabs fallien apart in transport ... well these arrived all the way in Singapore from USA and no tabs broken - guess BestVite has solved that.

I found out, by looking through medical literature, that Quercetin, along with zinc, can protect cells from infection. There have been many peer reviewed papers on the subject so I decided to try it out. I also have arthritis and it is very uncomfortable, at times, so using this product may help. I haven't been using it long enough to see if this is true but I can say that the days I do use it I feel better. I will give this a try on a daily basis and see how it goes.

High quality product with no unnecessary additives like magnesium stearate. Mag stearate has been found to be something to avoid. Bestvite is a clean product comany! And, their customer dservice is first rate, and responsive.
