I work in a highly stressful environment as part of a small team maintaining a large computer network. My stress level can go from 0% to 100% in a matter of seconds. Haven't tried yet but the ingredients look good enough

My husband now takes this regularly for two weeks, and it has definitely improved his disposition! He is more optimistic, has more energy, and just happier in general. It also improved his (ahem...) stamina. Yesterday, I noticed that he woke up early morning, went to kitchen and sang aloud while making his breakfast. That was really surprising as he was always sleepy at morning. Then I decided to write this review. Drastically so. Will definitely reorder.

It says only that's it's 100 mg dose per serving but when you get the product it's actually 800 per serving

I have to be careful when consuming certain foods and new supplements lest I get some serious gastric distress going. I've taken these Schisandra Chinensis capsules for a few days and have not experienced any stomach issues. But I can't say I've noticed a lot of energy either. It supposed to have several health benefits such as helping with Alzheimer's and liver health. These capsules seem to be good quality.

I am taking these pills because I have been having low energy. I started taking these pills about a week ago. I prefer liquid gel caps but these capsules are easy to swallow and don't feel like they get stuck in my throat. I feel more alert when I take them. Others has also commented that I look like I have lost weight. One of the benefits of taking taiga gold with schisandra is weight loss so that makes me very happy)))))). I will continue taking this product hoping for improved stamina. As I train a lot almost every day and with these pills I feel myself like much better.

Strange but true... I decided to try this after I read that schizandra is a tonic and amazing coffee replacement. So I wanted to use it to boost my energy. But the opposite thing happened and I discovered that for me it works as the perfect sleeping pills! I take 2 pills just before bed and fall asleep in few minutes. I sleep long with beautifull vivid dreams and do not wake up in night :) No more sleeping problems for me! This is also adaptogen herb so the list of benefits is long with zero side effects.

This supplement includes schisandra extract along with other herbal extracts for providing energy and immune support. This has some good quality ingredients and the capsules are free of any artificial sweeteners or harmful additives. This does have maltodextrin and stevia along with citric acid and a small amount of vitamin C. The capsules are manufactured in the USA while the herbs are from other countries. This is a pretty good value if you want to try this type of herbal formula.
