I've had these bands for a couple of weeks now, my form has greatly improved. I don't necessarily use them for the pullup assist. I use them for form so I can focus on working the lats properly. In my opinion the bands are a little lighter than advertised though. They feel more like a 35 lb band and not 50. While this does not affect me much, someone looking for the 50 lb assist may not get the support they are expecting. All in all, I am happy with my purchase.

The pull up assist band set works really well takes less than a minute to set up and allows you to keep your form if pull ups are difficult for you.

The equipment I received is well-built and a great value for the price. Once set up, it works perfectly, and the 50lb resistance bands allowed progression. The only drawback is that I had to go back to Amazon for set up and use directions. No directions in the box and nothing on the product's YouTube channel.
