Bought this to replace my Harbor Freight security system, since it had the same type camera connectors, but it doesn't connect to the Harbor Freight cameras which I was prepared to face the what if. I installed the system and it is working just fine, I'm happy it has audio and clear picture, installation was simple and easy. it did have a minor hard drive issue I simply rebooted the system, that corrected the problem, and with my HF security system you must plug the base into a surge protector, i learned the hard way had to buy a new hard drive for my HF system. I use both systems with my WIFI no problem, overall a good budget friendly system, I will buy more cameras. the night vision works well, easy to adjust, easy power plug in, though i wish the length of the cord was longer.

I upgraded from an older system and am happy with this one. I will try to keep this short and to the point. *Easy setup - Basically plug and play, even when I installed a new 6TB drive it went smooth and the cameras were found without problems. *Good quality - Cam quality is good, night vision is good, I am not sure about the full night vision as I don't have an area I can use that. It's nice to have sound. *Customization of display - Size/layout of multiple cams on the monitor can be changed which is great *Motion/Intelligent detection is pretty awesome and you can pick which exact areas you want motion to be detected or record continuously or do both. *App is good, pretty standard for these systems, but you don't need a subscription which is what matters. *I have 5-6 cams and they stream smoothly with no stuttering or lag. I can't get the repeater function to work right, but I am guessing it's user error and thankfully I don't need it. *The LED light on the front of the system is super bright and annoying so I just disconnected the cable inside the unit and yay no more blinking lights. I would buy this system again and recommend to family/friends. It's exactly what I was looking for with my upgrade.

This system has exceeded my expectations. Build quality is solid. The cameras are heavy and well made. The DVR connects to an HDMI or VGA TV or computer monitor. I find the Esee app to work very well . I used to to help line up the cameras. We have a cool camera security system set up in the master bedroom where we can monitor the entire house. I also 3D printed some custom camera bases! I would definitely buy from Hiseeu in the future !

I am very satisfied with this Hiseeu camera system. The installation was much easier than I expected, especially since it supports both 2.4G and 5G wireless connections, giving you great flexibility depending on your home network. The image quality is excellent: the 5MP cameras capture very clear details both during the day and at night, and the 10.1” LCD monitor with 8MP resolution really makes a difference when reviewing recordings or monitoring in real time. The built-in audio is also a big plus, as it allows you to hear what’s happening around the cameras, which not all systems offer. I really like that it is expandable up to 16 channels, making it perfect if I want to add more cameras in the future without replacing the entire system. The cameras feel durable and work well both indoors and outdoors. Overall, it’s a very complete, reliable system with excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve the security of their home or business.

Good camera system and quality for the money, BUT just know that the design/positioning of the antenna and the adjustable knuckle on the backside of the camera often conflict when attempting to properly position/point and tighten the camera fixture. But still like them!

This wireless security camera system is amazing! Installation was incredibly easy with no complicated wiring required. The video quality is crystal clear both during the day and at night, and the remote viewing feature on the phone works flawlessly. The system is stable, reliable, and very user-friendly. For the price, the performance and features are outstanding. It offers excellent value for money and gives great peace of mind for home security. Highly recommended!

May 14, 2026 System has been working well for the past two weeks. Wife is very happy with the cameras after I explained to her that night vision uses infrared and does not display a bright color picture at night the way it does during daylight. Excellent picture quality and very easy to install. Base unit has both VGA and HDMI video ports to hook up with a computer monitor or TV. I chose this system for the Wi-Fi cameras, 3T hard drive, no batteries needed for the cameras, and no monthly subscription needed. The phone app allows me to view the cameras remotely (no fees). To power the cameras I used a combination of 110 volt extension cords and 12 volt DC camera power extension cords (available from Amazon). My cameras were up to 50 feet from the base and had a good Wi-Fi signal. I have installed a variety of wired and Wi-Fi security cameras in the past, and this was the easiest.

I’ve been disappointed. I’ve had it several months. Occasionally it simply stops working and must be rebooted but it’s easy. The motion detection is a joke at best. All cameras give false alarms but it’s usually understandable. I added a 360 camera for the porch. It’s was easy to add. But the motion detection on it is a farce. 8 hours over night and 99 alerts. Most false alarms there’s nothing there. Not even an insect. As it ages they are getting worse. Don’t expect support. Apparently it does not exist. I’ve tried to get help but there’s never a reply. Amazon asks how it went but doesn’t reply either. The good. The cameras work the majority of time. The picture are ok, not great. Not even the 360 that’s supposed to be 8k, I don’t believe it. I’ve only caught one instance where an event was not indicated. With out indicators searching the recording would be a long and laborious chore. It does make me wonder how many events occurred but not alarmed nor indicated. But if you know the time, as I did, it’s not too hard to find. I bought wireless to avoid running wires in the attic. Install is straightforward and pretty simple. All you need is an A/C plug. I have 9 cameras with the longest distance between about 90 ft. I’ve place the base close to the middle and the signals are good. I have lost a camera from time to time but just unplug it and plug it back in. For the price I think it’s ok but there should certainly be support.

I’m always hesitant to write a review as some people experience products and customer service differently. This for me was a positive experience and regardless of what differences I’ve had from other suppliers, from purchase to delivery, installation set up of my Hiseeeu wireless CCTV cameras were seamless. This product really does what it says it does. The picture quality is amazing. I decided to download the app to all my devices and it worked first time. It system is easy to navigate, but if you are like me and need that extra IT support, you can make an instant connection to someone who will talk you through what to do and send you a pdf of easy step instructions. Only yesterday, I had a slight problem as I wanted to change my password on the system and not being IT savvy, I used the live What’sapp chat. Almost instantly I received a response. I was given the right information I was looking for and they talked through the issue to a full resolution. So I’m essences, iI would definitely recommend Hiseeu and their quality products. Thank you!
