No, it is one size fits some. Neither elastic Velcro strap was able to reach the fuzzy receiving strip. Forearm is 14" around, unflexed bicep is 16" around.

Can these fit adult men?

Upon reading the other answers from large men or thier aquaintences I thought these pads would fit me; wrong. My forearm is 14 inches around and my bicep is 16 inches when relaxed, and I can just barely get either Velcro strap to touch with my arm straight. Once l bend my arm the straps simply have no play in them and immediately come undone. I would imagine that these will fit no one properly unless your arms are at least 2 inches skinnier in each spot than mine. Highly recommend taking self measurements before purchasing .

Yes, they are good for bench shooting.

How would they rate for handling direct impact? Like a baton or martial arts weapon?

I use these elbow guards as I unload freight in tight spaces so the force of a blow is based upon my own body momentum or the force of max 50lb box falling from 8 feet.
